When they work with the Port Authority, Vendors are also working in the public interest. The Code of Ethics for Port Authority Vendors requires Vendors to comply rigorously with all legal obligations – and to behave ethically and with integrity (as set out in this Code) when they are engaged in activities on the Port Authority’s behalf.

Vendors must certify their compliance with the “Code of Ethics for Port Authority Vendors.” This Compliance Certification must be executed, and provided to the Port Authority, as detailed in a solicitation, contract, or agreement, or as requested by the Port Authority.
