TRAVEL ADVISORY - PARTIAL SHUTDOWN OF AIRTRAIN JFK PLANNED FROM 9 P.M. SATURDAY UNTIL 7 A.M. SUNDAY

Partial shutdown will only affect AirTrain JFK system from Federal Circle to Central Terminal Area; free shuttle bus service will be provided to minimize impact on travelers

Beginning at 9 p.m. Saturday, October 27, through 7 a.m. Sunday, October 28, AirTrain JFK will have a partial shutdown, and a bus operation will replace AirTrain JFK service between Federal Circle and Central Terminal Areas during this time.

Travelers and airport employees are advised to allow extra time when traveling to and from John F. Kennedy Airport during the service modification.

Additional AirTrain agents, Customer Care representatives, and other Port Authority staff will be available throughout the AirTrain system to provide assistance and information to travelers.
